Write to Win Event

Contribute to our wiki and world by writing about your character and win in-game prizes! This event is ongoing, with no current end date.

Rules

- You are allowed to write about more than one of your characters, but each character you write about must meet the following conditions to be eligible for rewards:

1. Be minimum second job (e.g. blacksmith, knight), or a level 70 gunslinger, ninja or super novice, or a taekwon with at least 10 ranking points.
2. Have a lore-appropriate name. I am happy to be flexible with names and their appropriateness as RO is a bit goofy. If you want to write about a character with a name that is not appropriate, it can be their nickname, or you can ask me to change it. I will not accept some names as nicknames. If you have doubts, ask me.

- You are allowed to use tools to assist you in creating your character's page.
- Feel free to draw inspiration from whatever and wherever you wish, but your character must fit the overall feel and lore of RO.
- You are allowed to create organisations and the like so long as it does not conflict with established RO canon.

Rewards

Each Idoun's Blessing will give you 1,000 cash points. Rewards are cumulative. For example, if you complete a detailed infobox with a picture of your character, you would be eligible to receive 5 Idoun's Blessings.

Infobox - Up to 5000 cash points per character
Complete a basic infobox for your character: Idoun's Blessing x1
Complete a detailed infobox for your character: Idoun's Blessing x3
Upload an appropriate image for your character's infobox: Idoun's Blessing x1

Description - Up to 6000 cash points per character
Complete a simple description for your character: Idoun's Blessing x1
Complete a detailed description for your character: Idoun's Blessing x2
Complete a very detailed description for your character: Idoun's Blessing x3

Personality - Up to 9000 cash points per character
Complete a simple personality description for your character: Idoun's Blessing x2
Complete a detailed personality description for your character: Idoun's Blessing x3
Complete a very detailed personality description for your character: Idoun's Blessing x4

Background - Over 9000 cash points per character
Complete an appropriate background of at least 200 words: Idoun's Blessing x3
Complete an appropriate background of at least 500 words: Idoun's Blessing x6
Complete an appropriate background of over 700 words: Idoun's Blessing x ?, varying depending on total.

Trivia - Up to 2000 cash points per character
Add three bits of trivia to your character: Idoun's Blessing x1
Add five bits of trivia to your character: Idoun's Blessing x1

RP Hooks - Up to 7000 cash points per character
Add an RP hook to your character: Idoun's Blessing x3
Add two RP hooks to your character: Idoun's Blessing x2
Add three RP hooks to your character: Idoun's Blessing x2
