Geffen is the city of magic where denizens of Rune-Midgarts go to become mages at the Magic Academy, hoping one day to join the illustrious Geffen Tower. It was also once the ancient capital of the kingdom of Geffenia. Word has it that the city was built by great wizards of the past as they believed in the possibilities of magic. In contrast to the theoretical, study-driven mages is the guild of smiths who also call Geffen their home. It is here that their techniques and bodies are refined and sharpened.

Points of Interest

Geffen Tower: Geffen Tower was designed and built by generations of wizards who thought they could reach Asgard and Vanaheim by building the tallest tower in the world. Upon discovery of another tower, construction was halted. The wizards of Geffen recognised that mortals and gods were separate, and ceased construction as a sign of humility and wisdom. Nonetheless, the tower stands as testament to the architectural prowess of the wizards of old and the sacrifices of those who built it. Tall and pale, it can be seen for miles around Geffen. Mages who show promise are permitted to study within its halls. All who seek to take the tests to become an official wizard of the tower must first climb the tower. Mages Guild: A small building run by the wizards of Geffen Tower, the Mages Guild is a training facility for those who seek to test and develop their proficiency with arcane magic. Its alumni go on to study at the Juno Academy, Kiel Hyre's School for the Gifted, and Geffen Tower. Smiths Guild: Thousands of years ago, the dwarves of Svartheim made their way to Midgard. To a select few, they taught the traditions of smithing. These skills are passed on through this guild, though all who seek to learn them must first prove themselves worthy. Glastheim: The former capital of Rune-Midgarts where a great tragedy took place. Now it is a ruin teeming with undead and demons. Kordt Forest Britonnia: A region near Geffen which the Runan royal family has declared an area for adventurers to test their mettle. The castles there can be claimed by adventurers chosen by the mysterious ore 'Emperium'. Orc Village Goblin Village
