Originating from the world of Alfheim, elves possess long lifespans. Records suggest that during the Age of the Gods, they were common in Midgard, and along with the dwarves, brought civilisation and knowledge to the normans. It was from the elves that normans learned the capacity to wield the elements through magic, and to call upon the spirits. This resulted in tragedy, bringing an end to Geffenia, the ancient kingdom of the elves.

Few elves now remain in Midgard. Those who do are reclusive and mistrusting of others.
